Gunman and 11 Victims Killed in Shooting at D.C. Navy Yard

A gunman was killed Monday morning after a shooting that left at least 11 people dead at a naval office building not far from Capitol Hill and the White House, officials said. The authorities said they were searching for two other possible gunmen.
